Community of Practice Evening Series
Supervision shouldn’t feel like performing for approval.
The Community of Practice Evening Series is a 6-week peer-led space for early-career clinicians who want reflective support, not evaluation anxiety.
This is a 6-week live supervision space designed for early-career behavioral health professionals (0–5 years post-grad) who want to build clinical judgment, reflective capacity, and sustainable practice—without the performative energy of traditional supervision.
We meet Wednesdays, 7:00–8:15 PM ET for six weeks. Each session includes a reflective theme, open discussion, and optional mini-consults where you can bring a case that feels sticky.
This is professional consultation and peer learning. It’s not therapy, not crisis support, and not a place to be graded.
What is a Community of Practice?
Who This is For?
You might be a fit if you:
Are an early-career clinician (0–5 years post-grad) in roles like peer support, case management, therapy, nursing, prescribing, or crisis work
Feel isolated in your work or unsure if you’re making the “right” clinical decisions
Want reflective supervision that doesn’t feel like being evaluated
Experience freeze, burnout, or decision fatigue in your role
Are looking for a psychologically safe space to think out loud
Open to all behavioral health roles. Massachusetts-based preferred but not required.
What You’ll Gain
This Community of Practice is built on three core outcomes:
1. Clinical Competence
Make better decisions under pressure and build confidence in your clinical judgment.
2. Reflective Capacity
Learn to think clearly when things feel complicated, instead of reacting or freezing.
3. Sustainable Practice
Set boundaries, reduce isolation, and protect yourself from burnout.
You’ll walk away with: clarity on sticky cases, shared language with peers, practical tools for ethical decision-making, and a sense of “I’m not the only one.”
