I don’t accept insurance directly. Many clients use out-of-network benefits, and can provide documentation (superbills) when appropriate.

Yes. For many people, telehealth is just as effective as in-person therapy-especially for anxiety, burnout, relationship stress, and building practical coping and communication skills. We’ll make sure your setup feels private and comfortable, and we’ll adjust the pace and structure so sessions feel focused and supportive.
